In the east, Mint’s cooling properties are particularly appreciated, they are associated with Qi Energy for uplifting the mind and relief from depression. Qi Mint Tea blends the particularly light flavours of organic green tea with strongly scented Organic Peppermint leaf sourced from North Africa.

Green Tea*F (63%), peppermint leaf*

USAGE
Allow one teabag per cup, using water 80 - 100ºC. Leave to brew for 3-4 minutes. Enjoyed best without milk or sugar.
