Tips for taking control of your personal wellbeing with Qi Teas - PART TWO

Updated: Jul 25, 2019

Following on from our last blog we have more top tips for you wonderful Tea Lovers on how to take back control of your health and wellbeing the easy way!

Step three requires a little thought and research to find out which supplements will be best tailored to your individual needs, but head over to the Cognitune website for a ton of relevant and helpful information and articles about supplements for health and wellbeing.

People generally take supplements to make sure they get enough essential nutrients and to maintain or improve their health.

Natural and organic diet supplements or herbs, spices and essential oils such as Turmeric, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng or Dandelion Root, to name just a few, can be beneficial in aiding health and wellbeing and balancing out our Qi Energy.

We use a plethora of 100% natural herbs, spices and essential oils in our carefully selected China tea blends. Qi teas are inspired by the ancient teachings of the Chinese, who have for centuries used natural plants and herbs for healthy living and longevity.

Other steps in conjunction with adding Qi Teas to our diet include becoming more mindful of the choices we make whilst we get on with our day to day lives.

Why not try being mindful or completely present whilst you are drinking your tea? Feel it benefiting your entire body, washing all the toxins away and leaving you refreshed and invigorated.

Doing this regularly will give you such a boost and give you inroads into meditation, which after all is only about being focused and present.

Take the stairs rather than the lift, and take them quickly, increasing our daily steps can make a huge difference to our cardio vascular system.

If you work at a desk or maybe at home why not set yourself a period of time where you stand and move around in front of your desk while you work, movement is important and the more we move the better we feel!

We read an article recently about the positive effects of balancing on one leg to combat anxiety, help us centre ourselves and improve brain function.

Balance in both the physical and emotional sense is vital to health and well being but the trick behind this method is a deceptively simple one…

Stand on one leg now, what are you thinking about? We would guess your brain is busy keeping you upright and all the stresses of the day have melted away to leave only a calm sense of zen. Give it a go, what do you have to lose!?

Our last pearl of wisdom is a very important one. At least once a day, stop what you are doing and take the time to evaluate your day, think about what you have achieved today, what has gone well? What are you proud of? What are you grateful for? Who has made you smile? Who has made you cross? What could you do tomorrow that will make it a better day?

Just posing these questions to yourself can do wonders for your mind set and all health and wellbeing is directly linked to your mindset!

These kind of mindful exercises are absolutely priceless in the quest for a balanced, healthy sense of wellbeing. We all have a lot to be thankful for and sometimes we forget what those things are and what they mean to us however small and insignificant they may seem when we are trying to meet a deadline, or someone cuts us up on the way to pick the kids up from school.

We hope our top tips for health and wellbeing will help in the quest to be the best you that you can possibly be.
