Easy, Simple Smoothie Boosters by QI Tea

Are you looking for a quick boost? Maybe you would like to up your vitamin C intake? These simple recipes are great for a simple and quick family favourite, so simple in fact, children can help make them too! We are sure that would aid their home educations with maths, science and of course a little bit of food health education. Enjoy! The QI Teas Team

Super Simple Booster

  • 1 cup orange juice (you can use oranges if you would rather)

  • 1.5 whole carrots

  • 1 tsp Qi Matcha Powder

  • Squeeze of fresh lemon Blend until smooth, add some ice and blend again. Ta dah! Done!

All the greens

1 Celery Stalk Whizz in a blender until smooth, add ice (optional) then drink! Super Sweet

  • 2 Bananas sliced

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1 tsp flax seed

  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 pint milk (you can use diary or alternative milk) Blend until smooth, pour over ice. Voila! Enjoy Citrus Burst

  • Handful of spinach leaves

  • 3 satsumas/1 orange

  • 1 tsp Qi Matcha powder

  • 1 banana sliced

  • 1 squeeze of lime

  • 1 squeeze lemon Throw it all into a blender and whizz until smooth. Yum!
